Work Order and Emergency Procedures

- Work orders are to be called into maintenance at (203)
378-0340.
|

|

- Emergencies are to be called into (203) 378-0340
24 hours per day, 7 days per week. A maintenance person will call the tenant
back to determine if the work qualifies as an emergency. For police, fire,
threatening life and health matters, call 911.

- For anyone unable to physically use a phone to call in a NON-EMERGENCY
work order and has email capabilities, email your work order to
maintenance.sha@snet.net.
